Insulation of pipelines

We provide insulation of stainless steel pipelines in dairies and other food, confectionery, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries. We perform projects based on the customer's specifications and designs.

We also prepare assembly components for pipeline insulation (straight sections, bends, supports, flanges, bolts, gaskets, light and heavy pipe clamps) and deliver them directly to the building site.

Pipes with stainless steel cladding:

We manufacture pipe insulation with a stainless steel jacket. The jackets are closed by riveting or screwing. Connections are made using the tongue-and-groove method and are sealed with silicone.

Pipes with cladding made of aluminium:

We fabricate pipe insulation with aluminium cladding. The jacketing is closed using the riveting or bolting method. Connections are made using the tongue-and-groove method and sealed with silicone.

Types of pipeline insulation:

Depending on the operating conditions and process temperature, we use the following as insulation material for insulating pipelines:

• AluCoat mineral wool lagging covered with reinforced aluminium foil with self-adhesive overlap

• Polyurethane foam insulation

• Rubber insulation ARMAFLEX lub K-FLEX

• Foam glass lagging

Jabitherm pipelines with aluminium or stainless steel cladding:

We also supply piping as a complete PUR foam insulated pipe with an external jacket of stainless steel or Jabitherm aluminium sheet. Such pipes can be additionally equipped with cable pipes in which heating cables are routed. Such a solution makes it possible to protect the product from freezing in pipelines working outside the hall.
