O-Rings

O-rings - Sealing rings with a circular cross-section. They are mainly used in static sealing joints less frequently in motion sealing. They are used in all branches of industry. They are formed by extrusion or vulcanisation from rope. They are characterised by high chemical and temperature resistance and a wide variety of applications. Thanks to their FDA-approved materials, they can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Advantages:

  • high chemical resistance

  • high temperature resistance

  • various dimensions

  • versatility and variety of applications

  • FDA approval

Primarily used for:

  • seals in technological installations in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotechnology, automotive, petrochemical, gas, wastewater treatment plants, household appliances, etc. industries

  • sealing of manholes

  • sealing of lids and covers

Standard O-Ring:
PTFE-encapsulated O-Rings (FEP and PFA):

They have the chemical resistance of PTFE, combined with a springy core make the O-ring will return to its original form after compression.
