Safety plates and membranes

Many tank-type equipment has safety plates and diaphragms installed.

Safety plates are one of the basic protections that secure process equipment and protect industrial installations from excessive pressure rise or fall. Depending on the design, we distinguish between:

- single-layer safety discs

- three-layer safety discs

- three-layer safety discs for overpressure and underpressure protection

- double-acting safety discs

- safety discs for sanitary and aseptic applications

- safety diaphragms

We offer diaphragms from different manufacturers, which wear out due to use and are changed.

We identify the parts on the basis of the nameplates of the plate and membrane manufacturers or the technical documentation provided by the equipment manufacturers.
